State before cooperation
Partner und Service is a young Slovak company based in Nové Zámky that provides tradesmen (welders, installers, drywall installers, painters, thermal insulators) for construction projects in Germany. They also offer administrative services for sole traders and limited companies — handling A1 certificates, Steuernummer, Freistellung, Elster activation and more. Initially, they had no website, no online presence and acquired clients exclusively through personal contacts. They needed a website and campaign quickly that would start generating enquiries from both target groups — workers seeking employment and companies needing admin services.
[ 02 - APPROACH ]
What we changed
We designed and delivered a complete WordPress website — both Slovak and German language versions — with contact forms, interactive calculator for administrative services and clear structure for two types of visitors. We split Google Ads into 2 branches: (1) work in Germany welder / installer / drywall installer = enquiries from workers, (2) A1 certificate / Steuernummer / Freistellung = enquiries from sole traders and limited companies. On Meta we launched Facebook lead ads targeting tradesmen in Nitra, Trnava and Banská Bystrica regions with clear messaging: specific earnings, accommodation provided, administration handled.
[ 03 - RESULTS ]
Results after collaboration
We delivered the website within 3 weeks including German version and complete GA4 tracking. In the first 2 months of campaigns, the company received 60+ enquiries (combination of Google Ads + Meta). CPA stabilised at €12 per enquiry, which is an excellent ratio given the average customer value of several thousand euros. The client started hitting capacity constraints and decided to increase the budget by 40%. Administrative services (A1, Steuernummer, Freistellung) generated additional revenue of €2–3k monthly as a side income they had never advertised before. CTR on Google Ads reaches 7.8%, which is well above industry average.
