[ 01 - CHALLENGE ]
State before cooperation
Lamelove-ploty.eu is the manufacturing division of KOVOINOX s.r.o. based in Brno. They manufacture lamellar fences, sliding and swing gates, and entrance wickets — all bespoke, with hot-dip galvanising and powder coating with 50+ year lifespan. Before our collaboration, they acquired customers almost exclusively through referrals — 2 to 3 enquiries monthly. The website existed but wasn't optimised for conversions: no contact form on main pages, no call-to-action, no reviews. They had never tried Google Ads as they seemed too expensive for their segment.
[ 02 - APPROACH ]
What we changed
We launched Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent keywords: lamellar fence price, custom fence manufacturing, sliding lamellar gates, steel fence manufacturer. Each product type (fences, gates, wickets) received its own campaign with a landing page optimised for enquiry forms. We shortened the form from 12 to 5 fields and added visualisation of the finished fence — conversion rate immediately increased. In parallel, we launched Meta remarketing for visitors who viewed project galleries but didn't submit enquiries. We added reviews from satisfied customers directly on landing pages and included an indicative price calculator.
[ 03 - RESULTS ]
Results after collaboration
Over 4 months, enquiries increased from 2–3 to a stable 40+ monthly. CPA stabilised at CZK 580, which is an excellent ratio for average orders of 80–150 thousand CZK. Website conversion rate rose from 0.4% to 4.1% thanks to form and landing page optimisation. The company expanded coverage from Brno to the entire Czech Republic and today has full capacity booked 3 months ahead. Meta remarketing brings an additional 15% of enquiries with even lower CPA.
